The conference fees include entry to all events outlined in the conference program unless otherwise stated. The fee does not include accommodation, non-conference related meals, travel or other attendee expenses. All conference fees must be paid in advance of the conference.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations are accepted up until January 15, 2018 but will be subject to 10% administration charge. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is required.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the agenda or the identity of the speakers.
If for any reason arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond Canadian Clean Energy Conferences’ reasonable control it is necessary to make amendments to the original planning of an event or it becomes impossible to run an event, Canadian Clean Energy Conferences is relieved of all obligations and does not take any responsibility for compensation, reimbursement of any additional expenses, inconvenience or loss of business that may be experienced by attendees. Further to this, Canadian Clean Energy Conferences reserves the right to retain delegate fees as a contribution to all venue and administrative costs incurred.
